Hi, I’m Chana
I am a strategic advisor who bridges the gap between creative execution and corporate responsibility.
I founded reDesign to use my industry knowledge to provide forward thinking apparel brands with the tools to transform sustainability from a theoretical goal into a measurable competitive advantage.
My Approach
My approach is built on the belief that for sustainability to be truly successful, it must be embedded in a company’s financial and operational core.
Drawing from my experience as a design executive at global brands like Ralph Lauren, I move beyond theoretical advice to offer practical, insider solutions that fix the root causes of supply chain strain.
By applying research-backed tools like the ROSI™ framework, I help organizations quantify the financial value of their ESG initiatives—transforming ethical commitments into powerful drivers for long-term business resilience and growth.
With over 20 years of experience, my background is rooted in high-level leadership at indsutry leading fashion houses.
Executive Leadership: Formerly the Senior Director at Ralph Lauren, I led a $40M denim business and pioneered fundamental production calendar revisions to improve operational flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
Industry Expertise: My career includes key roles at American Eagle Outfitters, Michael Kors, and Tommy Hilfiger, providing me with an comprehensive understanding of product development and supplier partnerships.
Quantifying Impact through Rigorous Methodology
Financial Rigor: In collaboration with the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business, I designed the Apparel Industry Sustainable Strategies Framework, a quantitative tool used to monetize the financial benefits of sustainability initiatives.
Operational Alignment: I specializes in Responsible Purchasing Practices (RPP), working with organizations like the NYU Center for Business and Human Rights and the Responsible Contracting Project to align internal KPIs with ethical supply chain outcomes.
